I’ve battled depression, anxiety, chronic stress, illness, fatigue, and alcohol abuse. Truth be told, I was stuck in a pretty dark place, and lived in a cycle of burnout, until I found Sattva Yoga in India back in 2018. That experience completely shifted my perspective and changed my life for the better. Through the holistic practices of Himalayan Kundalini Yoga, I healed from the inside out, let go of the constant “not enough” feeling, and discovered peace I didn’t know was possible. And I can tell you from very personal experience, and it’s the same feedback I get all the time from clients once they start practicing holistic yoga, none of this was remotely possible through asana alone. 

Now, as a Master Yoga & Meditation Teacher, Plant-Based Chef, and Spiritual Life Coach, I’ve poured my heart into creating Yoga Sol Rising Studio, an online space designed to meet you where you are and lift you up. It’s a powerful and accessible way to bring fulfillment into your busy life, without having to pack up and head to an ashram. ;) I've brought these teachings home with me to share with you!

How much time do I need?

There are practices available from 5 minutes to 90 minutes. So you can spend as much or as little time as you like inside Yoga SOL Rising Studio. There's no commitment or strict guidance to follow. There's no locked or dripped content, so it's all available to you anytime, anywhere, right at your fingertips. You're free to choose the practices and membership option that fits you best.

How do I know which membership to choose?

Think about how much time and interest you have diving into your at-home yoga and meditation practices.

Here's a membership breakdown based on time investment:

SOL Seeker = <1hr per week

SOL Mastery = 1-2+ hrs per week, plus 1hr per month

When and where are livestreams?

Livestreams will take place on Zoom with a private link.

Livestreams will be held 2x/month with Sabrina.

As of December 2024

Mon or Thurs PM: Live Meditation (Dates TBA)

Wed or Sat AM: Live Yoga Journey (Dates TBA)

Live schedule may vary monthly to accommodate schedules and time zones.

Members are encouraged to share availability and scheduling preferences.

Are lives recorded?

Yes, all lives are recorded and will be uploaded to the portal shortly after.
